The Fate and Destiny Reading is an intuitive map, a medicine wheel layout that explores your unique soul gifts, current lessons, and the energetic patterns shaping your life path. Fate is what limits us and Destiny is where our choices and free will live. Rooted in the wisdom of the five elements and guided by intuitive card work, this session offers deep clarity and reflection across the full spectrum of your being.
Each of the five houses represents a distinct dimension of your life and is connected to one of the elemental forces. Together, they form a holistic picture of your dharma, your soul's purpose, and the inner tools you're being called to accept or transform, remember, reclaim, and embody.
The Five Elemental Houses:
North – Earth Element (Physical)
Your connection to the physical world: home, body, health, ancestry, and the foundations that ground and sustain you.
East – Air Element (Mental/Spiritual)
The realm of inspiration, intellect, and higher vision. This house reflects your beliefs, thought patterns, and how you receive insight and spiritual guidance.
South – Fire Element (Energetic)

What is an Ayurvedic Consultation and What are the Benefits?
An Ayurvedic Consultation is a holistic, personalized exploration of your unique body-mind constitution, a deep dive into who you are at the elemental level. As an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, I approach each consultation with the understanding that healing is not one-size-fits-all. You are a dynamic and unique being shaped by nature’s rhythms, your inner state, your past, and your daily choices. Ayurveda, is an ancient system that translates to "science of life" and offers an incredible map to guide you back into balance.
In your consultation, we’ll begin with a constitutional assessment to identify both your natural state (Prakriti) and any current imbalances (Vikriti) through conversation, observation, and guided inquiry. This understanding of the three doshas, Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, will shape how we support your body and mind in returning to harmony.
You’ll receive personalized guidance for your daily rhythm, diet, lifestyle, and rituals, all aligned with your constitution, the current season, and your stage of life. As an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, I also offer tailored yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices to further support your healing process and energetic balance.
Depending on your needs, we may weave in subtle body wisdom, crystal resonance, or nature-based practices to help you reconnect with the elements and your own inner cycles.
The goal is not to “fix” you, but to bring you into deeper relationship with your natural intelligence, so you feel more rooted, clear, nourished, and empowered to care for yourself in a way that’s sustainable and honors your Spirit.
